The Foundation consists of a Board of Executives and a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is statutory the top of management, approves or denies proposals and has a controlling task on financial management. The Board of Executives is qualified to decide to implement proposals or not. Every member of the Board of Executives has a specific function with at least one coordinator of management.
